Name: Collequinto
Grape Variety: 100% Tintilia grapes
Alcohol percentage: 13.5% vol.
Area of Production: San Felice del Molise
Altitude:  500 meters above sea level
Growth method: spurred cordon
Density: 3,000 plants per hectare
Yield per hectare: 900 kilos of grapes

Description:  Light red color, intensely fruity aroma with scents of blackberries, strawberries and wild berries. Dry, smooth, zesty, full-bodied taste.






Harvest: first half of October
Harvest Method: grapes are picked by hand and put into crates
Wine-making process: grapes lightly pressed then undergo cold maceration for at least 10-12 hours  never exceeding 6-8°C. The grapes are then pressed and the must is left to soak at a low temperature for at least 12 hours. Alcoholic fermentation occurs at 18°C.


Pairing: Cold cuts, pasta with fish, meat and tomatoes, grilled fish, fish soups

Best served at: 12-14° C
