Description:  Yellow in color with hints of green. Intense fruity aroma with ripe fruit and citrus scents. Pleasantly fresh, zesty, balanced, full-bodied flavor.




Harvest: first half of October
Harvest Method: grapes are picked by hand and put into crates
Wine-making process:  Lightly pressed, decanted for at least 18 hours at 10°C. The clean must then ferments at 16°C for at least 10-15 days.




Pairing: Seafood dishes, white meats, medium-aged cheeses

Best served at: 8-10° C
