Description: Ruby red color with bright, vivid reflections of garnet-red. Wide range of aromas including berries and sour black cherry. Full-bodied, elegant and harmonious.





Harvest: second half of October
Harvest Method: grapes are picked by hand and put into crates
Wine-making process: accurate selection of grapes, maceration for at least 10-12 days never exceeding 28° C
Ageing: 18 months in oak barrels + 6 months in bottle


Pairing: Flavorful pasta dishes, grilled meats, wild game, aged cheeses

Best served at: 16-18° C
