Description: Red color with bright, vivid reflections of garnet-red. Spicy, balsamic aroma with undertones of sour black cherry and berries. Smooth, full-bodied taste.
Process
Harvest: first half of October
Harvest Method: grapes are picked by hand and put into crates
Wine-making process: accurate selection of grapes, maceration for at least 10-12 days never exceeding 26° C
Ageing: 36 months in stainless steel vats + 6 months in bottle
